Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas has strengthened its Real Estate Practice with Mr. Abhishek Sharma joining the Firm as Partner and Co-Head of the Real Estate Practice. Abhishek will be based out of Mumbai. He will Co-Head the Real Estate Practice with Namrata Kolar, Partner, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, who is based out of Bangalore. Mr. Sandeep Dave will be a Senior Mentor and Partner in the Real Estate Practice.
Discussing the Firm’s plan for its Real Estate practice, Mr. Cyril Shroff, Managing Partner, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas said, “The real estate sector in India presents a major growth opportunity for the firm. Abhishek comes with an experience of over 17 years and specialises in commercial and residential Real Estate transactions in and outside India. He has advised various domestic and international companies, including Corporate Houses, Developers, Real Estate Funds, High Net Worth Individuals. His expertise extends to complex matters on Special Townships, Information Technology Parks, Special Economic Zones, Commercial Properties, Agricultural Lands, and RERA etc.

Prior to joining CAM, Abhishek, a 2002 GLC Mumbai law graduate and a Solicitor was working with a leading firm for over 13 years.
