Rounding out yet another successful year, Delhi based full service Law Firm ‘Gaggar and Partners’ (G&P) is pleased to announce promotion of Ms. Neha Mishra and Ms. Sumedha Dang to the position of Partner with the firm. The Firm has also recently added two lateral Partners – Mr. Mithun Rebello and Mr. Nitish Sharma.

Besides having a strong Competition/Anti-Trust and Dispute Resolution Practice, G&P also has an overarching understanding of various Industry verticals and businesses. Additionally, G&P is highly rated in various sectors such as Gaming and Technology, Real Estate & Construction, Automobile, and Pharmaceutical.

With these additions, G&P now has 7 Partners and a team of 20 Associates. G&P has also recently moved to a new and bigger office at E-65, Vasant Marg, Vasant Vihar, Delhi, with state-of-the-art infrastructure.

The team of Legal League Consulting comprising of Founder & CEO Bithika Anand and Vice President Nipun Bhatia helped the firm in creating a hybrid Partnership Structure and Reward Model that provided for seamless transition and on-boarding of Partners.

Speaking on the promotions, he said “Neha and Sumedha are our home-grown litigators. PROMOTIONS

MITHUN REBELLO – With over 15 years of experience, Mithun specializes in laws pertaining to Gaming, Technology, Corporate Structuring, Regulatory Compliances and Foreign Investment. He has worked extensively in the emerging market economy, particularly with new age technology and gaming companies including Quantum Skill Gaming & Tech Pvt. Ltd. and First Tech Systems & Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as their Strategic / Legal Director. His in-depth sectoral knowledge and understanding of legal procedures, allows him to deliver pragmatic, prompt and high quality legal assistance.  Mithun is a 2003 graduate from ILS Law College, Pune. 

NEHA MISHRA – With over nine years of experience, Neha specialises in Competition and Anti-trust laws with special focus on issues dealing with Mergers & acquisitions, cartel and abuse of dominance. At the Firm, she has been working closely with Anti-trust regulator – CCI, representing them on a number of critical matters before the various forums. She has also been assisting a number of private sector companies – both domestic and multi-nationals in on-going litigations and matters pending investigation before the CCI / DG Office.   Neha is a 2008 graduate from Bharati Vidyapeeth New Law College, Pune. 

NITISH SHARMA – One of the youngest partners at the firm, Nitish provides a great mix of innovation and solution driven services for clients. Prior to joining Gaggar & Partners, he was working in the anti-trust law team of a tier one law firm (for almost 4 years) in New Delhi. Nitish is an alumnus of Symbiosis Law School, Pune (2014 batch). Nitish specialises in anti-trust law, consumer protection laws, real estate laws etc. and regularly appears before various judicial foras in India.

SUMEDHA DANG – With an experience of 6 years in Dispute Resolution and arbitrations related to commercial, construction, real estate and infrastructure, she regularly appears before various courts and judicial foras. Her vast knowledge in varied fields makes her a versatile lawyer. She started her career with Sikri & Co., where she was dealing with service, labour and education matters. Sumedha is a 2013 graduate from ILS Law College Pune.
